The first thing you do in base bont is link your email inbox and calendar. base bont supports Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Proton Mail, and any SMTP provider. Once connected, every email you send or receive and every meeting you hold is automatically logged against the right contact and deal — with no copy-paste required. Setup takes under five minutes.
Add your contacts and organizations
Import your existing contacts directly from your email address book or add them manually. base bont automatically detects the organization each contact belongs to and groups them together. From that point on, every interaction, every email, call, note and deal is linked to both the individual and their organization, giving you a complete relationship map.
Set up your sales pipeline
A pipeline is the sequence of stages a deal moves through — from first conversation to closed contract. base bont comes with a ready-to-use pipeline, and you can customize every stage name to match your exact sales process. Select your current CRM, authorize the connection, and base bont imports your contacts, organizations, deals, activity history, and custom fields automatically. The import is mapped intelligently — your data arrives clean, correctly structured, and ready to use. For any CRM not on the list, base bont supports custom CSV import with guided field mapping.
